Our Publisher, Mersion Media (“Publisher” or “Us”), is the sole holder of all information collected on The Jazz Line. There are several ways we may collect information for you:

1. Comments: Users may choose to leave comments on particular articles of interest. 2. Mailing Lists: The Publisher may launch a mailing list for The Jazz Line in order to provide subscribers with relevant information, breaking news, or weekly or daily summations of recent content. In order to sign up to receive emails from our mailing list users must submit information including but not limited to a valid email address and demographic information such as location and interests. This information will be used in aggregate form only in order to assess general user interest in various internal and third party products and services, and your personal and contact information will not be passed to any third party. Users who choose to sign up for a mailing list will receive regular emails from The Jazz Line.
3. Other sources: Any information collected from other sources on The Jazz Line, such as competitions or chat forums, will be controlled by the Publisher, and will not be transferred to any third party unless explicitly stated at the information collection point. All information collected from these other sources will be permanently deleted after there is no longer any need to hold the information. For example, upon completion of a competition all losing entries will be immediately and permanently deleted. If the competition was a sweepstakes, winner’s information will be retained for the minimum period required by law before being permanently deleted. Where information is retained, such as on chat forums, you may notify The Jazz Line of any updates, amendments and corrections to previously collected information by Contacting Us. Further, upon your request, The Jazz Line will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your information.
